Grandma G's will make every effort to treat you, our customers, as we would like to be treated. We want your shopping experience with us to be pleasant and for that reason your satisfaction is important to us!

Most of the items sold at Grandma G’s are vintage and therefore, used and not perfect! Knowing that, we want you to be assured that we will describe each and every item offered in detail, noting any flaws/stains/problems, if any exist.  We feel that the imperfections due to age and use found in vintage items are what makes them interesting and give them character!
**Linens with their original paper label, in most cases, will not be laundered or stain treated. If it is to be added to a linen collection, I feel it is preferable to leave the attached tag undisturbed!  These cloths will be sold as is, as found!


We guarantee that Grandma G’s does not sell reproduction linens!!

 


 RETURNS

Since most of the items we sell are one of a kind, vintage/antique items, they are non-returnable; all items are sold AS IS, as described. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to prior to your purchase. You may contact us at this email:   info.grandmagscottage@gmail.com.

All new (not vintage) items may be returned within ten (10) days of receipt and after you email to state your reason for return. Please use the email address above to contact us before you return the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.



PAYMENT

California residents will be charged 7.75% state sales tax.


Additional Options
Paypal is a secure payment service that will never use your information for anything other than this sale.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card.  Go to www.paypal.com to find out more.

We will also accept USPS (Post Office) money orders as payment.  Please notify us by email that you will be paying this way. If you choose to mail your payment, it must be RECEIVED within seven (7) days.  If payment is not received on time, the item will be returned to our inventory and re-listed.  With your money order, please include a copy of the checkout invoice for reference.

Personal checks are also accepted. Payment must be RECEIVED within seven (7) days of checkout. All items will be held until check clears our bank. If payment is not received within seven days, the items will be returned to inventory and relisted for sale.

SHIPPING

We are happy to ship internationally but PLEASE email for shipping cost before you checkout!!

Please allow three (3-5) days for your item(s) to be processed and shipped.  We ship most everything USPS Priority, Parcel Post and when appropriate, Media Mail.  UPS will be used to ship larger pieces only.  Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package. All shipping fees charged will include insurance for breakable items.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and your zip code.  Calculated shipping is for Continental US only; Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges which will be invoiced separately through Paypal and must be paid before shipping.

If you are purchasing more than one item, please email before you make payment so that a we can send you an invoice with combined shipping…..this will save you money!!

Items to be shipped internationally will also be invoiced directly through Paypal and must be paid before shipping can occur. Please email us giving the item name so we may place it on Hold until your payment is made.

Local pick-ups are welcomed, free of charge!!  We are located in Anaheim Hills, CA.  Please use the 'Contact Us' link to set up a pick-up time!


PRIVACY POLICY

Your customer information is only used to complete your purchases and/or to send emails and Grandma G’s Newsletters.  We respect your privacy and assure you that we will maintain and use this information responsibly. The information you provide will not be given to any third party without your permission. Our shopping cart provider is Paypal. Your information is processed through Paypal’s secure servers and protected by their technology.

NEWSLETTER

All customers are automatically added to our email newsletter list and will be sent newsletters no more than twice a month. If you prefer not to receive the newsletter please unsubscribe when you receive the first one OR use the contact link to let me know, and you will not be listed. In sending the newsletters it is our intention to keep you informed about website specials and other pertinent facts not to flood your inbox with spam!!

HOLDS

If you find a treasure and need time to make the final decision we will agree to put a "hold" on the item for 2 days. If you need more time than that, it will need to become a lay-away requiring a deposit......please refer to the following paragraph.

LAYAWAY

Layaways are happily accepted at Grandma G’s for purchases of $50 or more!  We ask for a 25%, non-refundable down payment and payment of the remaining balance within a 45 day period. All items will be held until final payment is made. Down payment must be paid within seven (7) days of purchase.  Email for more information!
